Strengthening government-led review and development of national and provincial action plans for rural WASH: a reflection note

In this note, WaterAid Cambodia capture experiences of collaborative working to review and develop national and sub-national action plans for water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). The note includes reflections on the strengths and weaknesses of the current planning process, and presents lessons and recommendations for future planning initiatives.
